Empty on-hand

Page title On-hand. When nothing is on the shelf, the list is one sentence and one button — not an empty table.

Everyone signed in can open Stock → On-hand (/stock). This capture is ADMIN; the next click is Receive stock.

On-hand on an empty company: filters SKU vendor catalog, All facilities, All locations, All vendors, and empty state Nothing on hand, Receive stock to put items on the shelf, with a Receive stock button.
Stock → On-hand with no balances. Title Nothing on hand. Sentence: Receive stock to put items on the shelf. Next click: Receive stock.

What to do

  1. Open Stock → On-hand.
  2. Read Nothing on hand / Receive stock to put items on the shelf.
  3. Choose Receive stock. That opens Receiving.

Filters on the empty page stay SKU, vendor, catalog…, All facilities, All locations, and All vendors.

Daily work with balances (on shelf, held, available) is on On-hand.
