Inventory overview

Stock you can count lives on On-hand. Manufacturer lots (hold/release) live on Lots. What those quantities are is defined on SKUs. Finished and sub-assembly SKUs carry a Recipe, listed on Recipes and edited on the SKU. Optional substance identity (SDS, CAS, INCI, calories) lives on Materials — not as quantity.

• On-handOn shelf includes held units. Available is salable (minus held and open-sale reserve).
• ReceivingReceive form, item labels after posting, CoA and invoice paperwork, recent receipts and reprint.
• LotsHold keeps units on the shelf but not salable. Attach CoA when empty. Release returns them to available.
• SKUsRaw, sub-assembly, and finished stock identity, catalog photo, materials, and item label settings.
• RecipesRecipe list, instant recipes, build time, component lines, can-make, produce.
• MaterialsGeneric substance records (identity, INCI, calories, SDS, photos) that SKUs can link to.
• Material packsLoad an industry pack of materials, publish your own, and review submissions.
