Customer CoA portal

Public page title area shows ReagentFlow and CoA files. Customers look up attached CoA files by lot or item — no on-hand, no other lots.

Public routes: /coa and /l/item-code. No sign-in. Admins enable or disable the portal on Setup → Company with the Customer CoA portal checkbox. From a lot detail panel, operators can open Open customer CoA page when the portal is on.

Public CoA files lookup: Lot number, SKU code optional, Item code, helper text about using lot number or item code not both, Look up, and Look up another lot.

Look up CoA files

  1. Open the company’s public CoA page (/coa, or /l/item-code for a specific item).
  2. Enter a Lot number (add SKU code (optional) if that number is shared) or an Item code — not both. Helper copy: Use a lot number (add SKU code if that number is shared) or an item code — not both.
  3. Choose Look up.

When files exist, the page lists them for download. Empty result title: No CoA files with description No CoA files are attached to this lot. A miss can show This lot is not available. Use Look up another lot to search again.
