Accept the Terms

Before the app opens, every signed-in person must accept the current version of the ReagentFlow Terms. Until you do, a full-page Terms screen replaces the sidebar and every page, and the server refuses other requests.

Role: everyone who signs in, including admins, global administrators, and seat-free Viewers. Each person accepts for themselves; one person’s acceptance does not cover anyone else at the company.

Accept the Terms

1. Sign in (see Sign in). While the app checks, the page shows Checking Terms…
2. If you have not accepted the current version, the Terms screen opens. It reads Accept the ReagentFlow Terms ([version]) to use the app. Nothing else is available until you do. The version is the one currently in force.
3. Choose Accept Terms (it reads Saving…).
4. The app opens on your usual first page (see Where you land after sign-in).

If you do not want to accept, choose Logout. Nothing is recorded, and you are asked again the next time you sign in.

When the Terms change

Acceptance is recorded per person and per version. When a new version of the Terms is published, everyone is asked again. If you are already signed in, the Terms screen appears the next time the app checks, for example when you come back to the browser tab.

Accepting the terms on Create a company sets up the company account. The first time you sign in afterwards, you still accept the Terms for yourself on this screen.

If something goes wrong

• The status cannot be loaded. The screen shows the reason, then Terms status could not be loaded. Acceptance was not recorded. Choose Try again, or Logout.
• Saving fails. The screen shows the reason and Acceptance was not recorded. Choose Accept Terms again.

Pages that do not need a sign-in — the login page, password reset, the invite page, Create a company, and the customer CoA portal — do not show the Terms screen.
